We also donate our Bluestone Barn Hire once a month for Charity Events, a simple way for us to give something back to those in need.

Our kid’s birthday party packages are extremely great value for money, ensuring your little one leaves with a smile on their face and a memory full of happy times! We can provide whatever you need to make sure the day goes smoothly

School Group Booking Information

Nursery and School Visits on The Farm

Educational and school visits with us are ONLY £7.20 per child and one teacher goes FREE for every eight children, when booked and paid for in advance of the visit.

Any additional adults ONLY £5.75! Each booking includes the following (school and nursery group booking requires a minimum 16 children):

  • One bag of animal feed per child
  • A private tractor ride at either 12pm or 3pm (weather permitting, alternative activity will be offered)
  • Use of one of our classrooms in our Education Centre to leave belongings, have lunch and teach the class

Group Talk & Tour

We also offer a fantastic talk and tour of The Farm, with a member of our knowledgeable staff for only £35 (+VAT)!

You may pick the subject so it is relevant to your current topics, but most of our talks include: Rare Breed information, Animal Care, Farm and Agricultural or Horticulture and Gardening, the staff will also take the group around the farm, showing the children and teachers where everything is and introducing you all to our gorgeous animals. This usually lasts for around one hour.


Below is an example of a group activity timetable (these can be adapted to your own specific requirements and timescales):

  • 10:00am Arrival & Talk and Tour of The Farm
  • 11:00 Animal handling
  • 11.30am Pig Race
  • 11:45pm Private Tractor Ride
  • 12:15pm Lunch

Please make sure all children wash their hands before starting activities and please tidy away any mess and put your rubbish in the bins provided. After lunch, please make sure all children wash their hands before starting new activities. Our wonderful Education Centre can be used throughout the day to store personal belongings, wash hands, use toilet facilities and have lunch (we can provide packed or hot lunches at an additional cost if required, please get in touch for more information).

Risk Assessments

Two teachers are able to visit the farm prior to the trip to complete any risk assessments and ask any questions that they may have.
